ShopPay payment method is not updating for subscription customers. We have recharge embedded for subscription. Customer having Shop Pay payment method when try to update their methods are not getting synced in recharge portal. Its getting updated in Shopify but not in recharge

Nope we haven’t changed the payment method.
Syncing of change in payment method is working fine if the method is not Shop Pay, i tested with normal visa and master cards and they got changed seamlessly in Shopify as well as in Recharge.

I’ve connected with the product team who owns this area and they’ve confirmed that if you have not changed the payment gateway recently, then you’ll need to connect with Recharge to resolve this - as the issue relates to how they are managing updating payments for subscription customers.
