Shopify status at https://www.shopifystatus.com/ is all green. We would appreciate a status page that is actually live and does not require you to update it manually…so at least it’s accurate

For anyone who needs an history of the incident to prove your clients it’s their fault and not yours (because shopify does not keep the history)
Though I would have called it Orange “partial outage” and not just yellow “degraded performance”, not being able to open the admin on many stores is more than a degraded performance.
It works for me with a US VPN.
I am in the UK, and switching to USA Via VPN worked for me just now.

I’m not sure if this is related to the same issue, but we also noticed that refreshing expiring offline tokens is not working during the same period.
@ayoub might be worth it porting this here: Migrating from non expiring to expiring access tokens or in a dedicated thread. There were discussions around it recently and what would occur if a downtime occur. Here we are so it’s a great feedback
