More of a suggestion than bug raise.
If a store has a “vanity” Shopify domain, i.e. have added a new .myshopify.com domain it doesn’t actually work with CLI commands, you still have to use the original .myshopify.com domain.
The majority of people will get .myshopify.com domain via the URL used in the admin, and it’s not very clear if you’re actually not using the pernament domain.
My suggestion would be to have a “redirect” feature, whereby it either suggests or looks up the actual pernament .myshopify.com domain if a vanity one is entered.
