I’m Ruben, co-founder of Stacksync. Over the past months we’ve been working with several Shopify merchants and dev teams who keep running into the same challenge: keeping product, order, and customer data consistent across multiple systems in real time.
For example, a common pain point is syncing Shopify orders with external databases or CRMs. Merchants often want updates (like order status or inventory changes) reflected instantly across their stack. but we’ve seen that APIs or custom scripts can become brittle at scale.
Another recurring issue is when teams push transactional data into warehouses for analytics, but then struggle with delays or conflicting records.
