This sounds similar to a recent AppBridge issue, which should now be fixed, see here: Blank page when refreshing the Shopify embedded apps
If so, this is just another example of a breaking change and/or bug that Shopify released to the versionless CDN script, only to be hotfixed later after getting reports from app developers
