I have an issue when creating new offsite payment extensions.
After creating my offsite payment, I run shopify app dev and got error

Do we need any permission for a new app? As I contact help and support, maybe we need some review and approval from Shopify before continuing to work. Please help me with that. My issues happened 2 days ago, and it block my team.
