Theres been a lot of change around app bridge in the last few years, moving from npm to a script tag/CDN.
I’ve also seen a lot of tickets and gotchas because of people still using the npm package.
I think it would really help app builders and wider if the Shopify npm packages could be checked and marked as deprecated if they aren’t supposed to be used or supported anymore.
The app bridge example https://www.npmjs.com/package/@shopify/app-bridge should be deprecated as would be a great starting point.
But a quick audit of the others just to ensure I think would help the ecosystem please

I just wanted to touch base to let you know we are aware of how it is a little confusing and while I can’t guarantee a specific way in terms of how we will handle this in the future (since folks do rely on packages for legacy reasons and we do maintain them to some degree), we are having discussions about this internally.
