Sidekick extension not passing safety scan in production and no sidekick event on logs

Hi ,

We are currently trying to integrate with sidekick extension which currently does analytics retrieval and helping merchants update their settings via deeplinks so no mutation on sidekick side. running shopify app dev on my local app shows that it passes the scan and it has its sidekick event in the logs

However when we deploy the app on our production app, we get the “Your last extension didn’t pass our safety scan” email and unfortunately no sidekick event in our logs

What would be the best way to debug why an app is not passing the safety scan if the log is not present?
