We are trying to have our Call Center Reps place orders directly via Shopify backend. However, the native feature doesn’t display all the sipping options when the split shipment is enabled. That said, when the split shipment of the checkout is enabled, the checkout displays different shipping options than when creating an order via Admin.
It seems that the POC app also doesn’t support it. I am considering either creating an APP that does this, however, if I understood it correctly, I would have to build the entire logic from scratch as Shopify doesn’t provide an endpoint that returns the split shipping options or rely on an external app that has already implemented this which doesn’t seem to exist. Does anyone have any recommendation about how to tackle this?
