USA based 3PL’s (Specifically FlexPort and ShipBob) have started shipping a ton of shipments with a last mile delivery service called VEHO
Tracking Number Pattern: dcXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
Shopify currently thinks these tracking numbers are with carrier called Canpar Express.
It’s causing our a lot of customer service tickets and also shopify is not sending shipped and delivery notifications as it’s not tracking the packages in the platform correctly. Looking to get this carrier added to the supported list in Shopify for a better experience for consumers and merchants alike.
P.S Open Sourcing this mapping engine would be great, we would love to contribute PR’s to add support to new carries we’re using in the US and Abroad.
