Connection issues can occur at the local level too.
Did you try switching DNS settings on your machine? Did you run a quick ping shopify.com or ping google.com at the time of the issue to make sure your machine can connect to Shopify or the internet itself?

Well, what I’m trying to say is that when that intermittent connection issue happens, you’ll also need to test if your computer can reach the wider internet.
You may have an intermittent connectivity issue on your local network.
