My own records only show that 23.227.38.65 was introduced 3 years ago? I guess whichever IP is presented on the manual page and you use, you’ll keep it.
Will it be safe in the future and never change?
I’m not sure, but I still have stores statically connected to 23.227.38.2x and 23.227.38.3x for 10 years now
