I have a Shopify Plus merchant with two stores.
They reach out every couple of weeks stating our app has disappeared from their store. They have to toggle off and on the app extension to get the block to reappear.
Has anyone seen this behavior?

Is it just happening with this one specific merchant on their stores? If I had to guess I would think there’s possibly some other app that’s somehow toggling off visibility of the theme extension.

It is a Shopify Plus merchant. They have two stores on the same Shopify Plus plan. This is the only report I have had of this action happening. How would another app do that? The theme app extension is still shown in the on state.
That does sound very strange - I’d recommend that the merchant should contact Plus Shopify Support directly and they’ll be able to dig into the logs to see what exactly is triggering this.
