UET Tracking not working on checkout

Hi

We have a customer event for UET tracking which works fine on all the pages within the store, but on on the checkout. The Chrome UET Debugger informs us that it should not be running in an iframe - screenshot below.

Does anyone have a solution or should we use GTM instead?

That is expected because your pixel works from a sandboxed environment. As per Microsoft’s documentation, this is to be expected and as long as your event fires correctly, don’t worry . Also if you reached microsoft support, they will drive you crazy with this issue so just ignore them. The url above is everything you need
