Unable to create test recurring charge for dev store with plan display name Shopify Plus App Development

Yeah it’s an issue with stores created via the dev dashboard.

Unable to approve Billing API test charges on Plus Development Stores

I created a new Plus store this morning and when trying to accept charges on this new dev store for our Onboard B2B app I see this error: [Shopify Plus 2025-09-29 at 10.16.49 AM] When I go in to my store admin to check plan and billing, they both show me the same message: [Plussers · Billing · Shopify Plus 2025-09-29 at 10.14.47 AM] We have a few partners that are affected by this. @Liam-Shopify pinging you for visibility.
