Unable to import products csv in dev store
Reproduction steps
- Regular export of product or products from a client’s store with csv
- Regular import of this same csv into my dev store fails
Additional info
Some time after product taxonomy has been introduced, the fields in the exported csv changed and can’t be simply imported into a dev store (because it accepts the former format). This causes difficulties for our support team, who process import and export manually.
When will Shopify align the import and export csv formats?
