Trying to run “shopify app dev” for the past hour, kept resulting in server error
CLI Version is 3.76.2
Running “shopify clear cache” solved the issue for me

Just a note for anyone else who may see this and want to give the command a try, it looks like the arguments here are given in reverse order (should be shopify cache clear).
