Variant selectors for ProductCard component

Hey team,

Any plans on extending the ProductCard component to allow options selection (i.e. size/color/etc) without the need to navigate to the product page?

Hi @ssvinarciuc,

The recommended approach would be to navigate to the Product Page.
But, you can use the useProductVariants hook to retrieve all the available variants of a product.

@Quique-Shopify Thanks - is it possible to filter to only show in stock variants?

No it’s not currently possible to filter by stock level - Can you explain a bit more about your use-case? We would rather users are sent to the product details screen to make selections around variants because it’s very complex and a mini is unlikely to get all the edge cases right

Thanks @steve-t-shopify - it was to save the appropriate variant into a list / collection without breaking the flow of the app by the user navigating to the full product page.

Thanks for that, we have a ticket (internal id #88180) to look in to this but can’t promise anything in the short-term
