Webhook Deletion Tracking Inquiry

I recently noticed in the webhook monitor that the count for “Removed Subscriptions” has increased, indicating that some webhooks have been removed. Does anyone know where we can check which store the webhook was removed from?

Currently there is no way to see the deleted subscriptions via the Dev Dashboard, however I can confirm that we do send email notifications to the Partner Organization contact email address when we do delete webhook subscriptions due to delivery failures.

I would recommend reviewing your partner account emails, or contact someone in your partner organization with access to the partner contact email address, to see if there are any emails mentioning specific deleted subscriptions.

Additionally, if you reach out to Shopify Support directly via the Shopify Help Center, while logged into your Partner Account, we can take a further look to find recently deleted subscriptions with your app.

You can check the service log to see if it is caused by multiple failures of the webhook.

This is true as well, any failed webhook events with over 8 retries would get deleted.
