I’ve been on the “live” chat now for 36 hours, with no one answering! Is it just a lie that they have 24/7 service? They’re withholding payouts because of some issue with my EIN, even though the IRS says all my info is correct. Shopify, you can’t advertise 24/7 service and expect people to be okay with an unhelpful chatbot.
