503 errors from Shopify Admin GraphQL order resource

Hello,

I’ve been observing intermittent 503 errors from the Admin GraphQL API since this morning.

I don’t have any request IDs because the API is failing to provide any response within a normal timeout window.

All of these requests are attempting to retrieve order information given an order ID. The only error I have is on the client side:

reset reason: connection timeout

Is this a known issue? The Shopify Status page is only claiming issues with the admin dashboard, no issues with the Admin APIs.

Hey @Dylan, looking here, I don’t see any specific issues? Is this still happening? If so, I’d suggest reaching out to our support team through chat support to have them take a closer look.
