An s-clipboard-item appears to exist consistently across all extension surfaces except for the App home and Admin extension surfaces.
Would be great to have this available 
Hey hey @bkspace - thanks for flagging this. Clipboard support in Admin UI extensions is a request I’ve seen before, but I couldn’t find any official log for it on our end, so I’m going to log this as a feature request for you.
Could you share which Admin targets you need it on (blocks, actions, or both), what you’re typically copying, and whether mobile Admin support matters as well? Just wanted to make sure I capture use cases as well.
