We’re starting to see issues creating usage charges for merchants with a general error:
Failed to create usage charge
This issue started around 11:00 AM EST about 30 minutes ago. I’ll add more to this thread as I collect request IDs.
Looks like the API has recovered as of at least 11:57 EST.
The outage was over before I could start recording request IDs.
I assume the unique Shopify request ID is under the response header x-request-id. I haven’t been able to find any official documentation for finding the unique header so some kind of confirmation would be nice if anyone knows.
