Do you know if any of the third-party apps or integrations you may be using might have had any updates over the last week that could contribute to the difference?

This looks like an external RUM tool. I’m not seeing such a regression in our own data (which you can access in the admin). This makes me believe it may be due to the bot traffic, which we manage to filter out more of (it is a proper challange).
It may be best to get in touch with support team for that tool and cross-check the values that your getting.
Yep, understood. This topic is really just to see if anyone else is experiencing this in their tools. Normally I would have done this in the slack community…but it’s dead now.

Not really looking for answers…looking for other people who are seeing this same thing. Want to isolate if it’s a Shopify change or not.
