API Token Disabled for a Custom App

My access to the API of the custom application we developed has been revoked and when trying to access it says “API access has been disabled”, how can we get the credentials again?
At the time the access was revoked I was not available to make the change
The email said the following:

"We are following up on our previous email about exposed API credentials for your app leg-api. Our records show that the security vulnerability presented by this exposure is still active.

Please respond by the end of October 9, 2024 with confirmation that you have completed or are working to complete the actions outlined in our previous email to resolve the issue.

If we have not received a reply by the date stated above, we will revoke leg-api’s API access to Shopify’s API endpoints to maintain security for you and your customers. Revoking the app’s API access will prevent the app from retrieving data from your store, ending this vulnerability.

And every time I try to connect externally, for example from Postman, I get the following error:
““errors”: “[API] API Access has been disabled””

I would appreciate help to be able to access the API of my custom application.
