My app is a PDF viewer, and app block has a setting PDF URL.
Users can add the block via deep link from app dashboard. In block settings it is not possible to open a file picker to select a PDF from Shopify files. It is also not possible to select a PDF in the dashboard, then pass the PDF URL via deep link to block. Currently, user needs to manually enter the PDF URL in the text field in block settings.
Is there a way to make the “select PDF“ for block more user friendly?
Is it planned to add support for passing block settings via deep link, so user can select the PDF in the dashboard?
Is it planned to add “type“ : “file“ for block settings, to enable selecting a PDF from Shopify files?
