I’d love for the Admin UI to be able to deep link to specific admin blocks or admin actions via URL.
That way we could better deep link for merchants and provide a more seamless experience when working between apps, extensions and the admin interface.
I guess in a similar way to Admin Intents but the other way around.
E.g. for a product variant admin action to be able to link to a specific variant but with a URL param or something that then triggers the action to open would really help with tutorials and examples for the merchant.
Hey hey @JordanFinners - we do offer a way to deep link to Admin Blocks to enable them on themes after an app has been installed, but hopefully I’m understanding correctly that you want to deep link directly to blocks/actions so you can show what their functionality is to merchants while you’re onboarding them for example? Just sharing below for reference:

Yes, basically the same thing but for Admin blocks / actions.
So, you could provide the merchant a link and that would go directly to the block or if its an action trigger the action to open automatically. Please

Hey @JordanFinners , following up here . Confirming that this is on our roadmap, but I don’t have an exact timeline to share for rollout. This will likely be something we’ll considered in the medium-term though.
