App Credits Not Applying

Ran into an issue with credits not being applied fully for a merchant who wanted to “pause” their subscription to my app.

I gave $398 in credits, enough for 2 months. The 1st month was refunded. The 2nd was not. Yet, $398 was deducted from my payout.

@chrismgala Ask to the Shopify Partner Support. They can trace the credit application against the billing cycles on their end - This isn’t something resolvable through the API.
