I’ve had a merchant leave a review on my app. They have a paid plan. I am not seeing their review.
What could the reason for this possibly be ?
I just had this for a review and it was mentioned “This review is archived until the shop has paid for a full-priced plan.” But the user has paid for the app for 5 months in full! There’s no way to do anything about this legitimate review. From one of the biggest Shopify stores as well, which sucks.
They must be on a fully paid ‘Shopify’ plan. A lot of merchants will get, for example the first three months at 50% off. In that timeframe, reviews are archived.
Oh, nothing to do with the app plan but it’s the Shopify store plan.
