Hi, I am having some trouble with my app submission. The app is mainly for internal use for all the stores on my shopify partner account, but It keeps getting rejected and asked to add more features. How can I reach the suppport to explain to them that all of those features are not needed. Below is the latest issue that was raised:
Ken Olaniyan Hello! We received this letter, it seems that some changes need to be made to the application.
Hello there,
We’re reaching out to let you know about some issues we spotted with Revenue bridge.
What you need to do
Please fix these issues right away:
A. The user interface only indicates that ‘bridge revenue is connected’ and does not display any features or an analytics dashboard as stated on your app listing. Clarify, is this the intended UI design, or are there steps we must take to access and test the app’s full feature set?
B. The “View SetUp Guide” button leads to a “page do not exist” error. We’d like to know how we can be able to access the setup guide, also make sure that the file will be publicly accessible. See this screencast for your reference.
Update your app submission and Include a screencast to demonstrate your app’s onboarding and features as described in its listing. We require more information in your demo screencast to be able to set up and test the app successfully. Ensure the video offers clear step-by-step instructions showing how to set up your apps core features. The screencast should be in English or have English subtitles. The current submitted screencast does not meet the demo screencast guidelines.
Remove all links and URLs from images and move them to the appropriate fields. See this screencast for additional details that all app listing images has a written URL.
Important note: Provide useful screenshots that show how your app works. Be sure to follow all screenshot guidelines. To ensure your screenshots are correctly sized, you can download preformatted templates.
Reply to this email and let us know when everything’s fixed so we can resume the review process.
What happens if you don’t take action
If we don’t hear back from you within 14 days, your application will be paused and you’ll need to re-submit your app for review, which can cause delays.
Why these fixes are so important
We know how frustrating it can be to not have your app approved, but these requirements are how we make sure each app meets the high-quality bar that Shopify merchants have learned to trust.
Thanks for your understanding,
