We are waiting for BFS team feedback (initial application) for around 5 weeks now. I’ve tried multiple times to contact support with no results so far - they only say that we have to wait, they promise that come back with some details over e-mail and never did so.
Please let me know if we have to take any actions! Or should we just wait longer?
P.S.: I’ve seen that other developers are having a similar issue at the moment, I totally understand you are having high volume of applicants at the moment, just wanted to make sure that there is no some communication problem (like maybe you are you using some incorrect email attempting to contact us or something similar)
Oh no, really sorry to hear that. We’ve also been waiting for more than 10 business days with no updates yet, and hearing it’s been 5 weeks for you is honestly quite worrying.
It’s unlikely there was a miscommunication - our Built for Shopify review team are working through submissions as quickly as possible. If you still have not heard anything back in a week from now, you can post here again and I’ll doublecheck on my side.
we still did not hear back from the BFS team.. I would really appreciate if you could let me know if there is some way we could help you faster examine our app.
I’m in the same situation—applied for the Built for Shopify program over a month ago and haven’t received any confirmation or email since. I also contacted support but only got told to wait.
Not sure if there’s anything else we can do, or if we just need to keep waiting for a response from the Shopify team
