Hi there, I got in touch with your support and they guided me to post here.
We currently have three tiers in our subscription: $49, $199 and $399. However, we have some enterprise customers with whom we’re doing custom plans and the monthly subscription would be anywhere from $499 to $1299.
How could we create per-customer pricing tiers? E.g. a custom pricing for one specific customer?
On another case, our customer would want to pay his subscription via invoice (bank transfer) rather than credit card. How could we do that?
Thanks in advance!

Hey @Khalifa_Manaa, for per-customer pricing with the Billing API, you can call appSubscriptionCreate with different price values for each merchant. The API gives you full programmatic control to set custom pricing per customer. You can charge one merchant $499 and another $1299 based on your own logic. See the app billing documentation for implementation details.
For payment methods, app charges appear on the merchant’s Shopify invoice and are paid using whatever payment method they have on file for their Shopify subscription.
The available payment methods for merchants are listed here: https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/your-account/manage-billing/paying-your-bills/making-payments/payment-methods-for-bills
Hi @KyleG-Shopify Is there any way we could send them an invoice ourselves and then pay to shopify the app store fees?
Hey @Khalifa_Manaa, currently for public Shopify Apps, the requirement is to use the billing API or managed pricing for your app charges.
