Request: subscriptions API access for Dev Dashboard app (no Partner Dashboard access page)

Hi Shopify team,

Requesting Access subscriptions APIs (write_own_subscription_contracts, read_own_subscription_contracts, read_customer_payment_methods) for our app:

  • App: Luv Subscriptions & Retention
  • App ID: 395150884865
  • Client ID: 29fa411ac1317c01e4108934717dae35
  • Org: Root’d (12475358) — new Dev Dashboard org
  • Store: rootd-health.myshopify.com (our own store)

It’s a subscription management app we’re developing and installing on our own store (custom distribution), migrating off a legacy subscription platform. Billing runs entirely through Shopify checkout with Shopify-vaulted payment methods.

Our org exists only in the new Dev Dashboard — there is no legacy Partner Dashboard and therefore no “API access requests” page where the docs say this request should be filed. Version releases currently fail with:

Missing scope for webhook topic: subscription_contracts/create (read_own_subscription_contracts)

Could you enable subscriptions API access for this app, or point me to the correct request path for Dev Dashboard-only orgs? Happy to provide any additional details.

Hi, the forums aren’t an appropriate place to request permissions for your app, you’ll need to do this via the Partner Dashboard/Dev Dashboard where your account is authenticated.
