Built for Shopify status at risk email - all Admin performance metrics are 0

Hi there,

we just had an automated email titled: “Built for Shopify status at risk” - instructing me to check out partner dashboard for the app.

When I visit the page, it looks like all the pefromance metrics are showing as 0.

Is this a bug?

Thanks,
Alex

I received the same email and have the same issue on the dashboard. It seems to be a bug.

Yeah I was about to post this, its definitely a bug on the aggregations as if you click through to view the graphs with the daily data they look fine. Flagging with Partner Support now too

Same here, hopefully it will be fixed soon :expressionless:

Same! All our apps received the same email and every value shows as “Good.”

I have just received the email, on the Dashboard, it shows our app is not meeting the “Performance criteria”, but that’s in-correct

Here is example of LCP which is just fine

I’ve received the same email!

Seems to be a bug because the web vitals are within the accepted thresholds:

However the aggregated stats are 0.

Hey folks - thanks for flagging, we’re aware of this issue and are investigating a fix now.

Regarding the Built for Shopify at Risk email - it appears this issue triggered the email so you don’t need to action on this.

Hey everyone,

We’ve resolved the issue that caused some Built for Shopify apps to receive an incorrect “at risk” email earlier today. There was an issue with the underlying data that resulted in all performance metrics displaying as “0” and led to inaccurate automated alerts to be sent.

If your app was impacted by this outage, no action is needed on your end. Your app’s Built for Shopify status remains in good standing, unless you’ve been contacted separately about another issue.

We appreciate your patience while we sorted this out. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out here or through Partner Support.

Hi
Thanks for the fix. The metrics are now showing up and at least for us are in line with the requirements. However, the dashboard still shows this as pending

. Could you help fix this as well?

+1 This issue also remains for us - even though the actual metrics are showing as normal.

I still see “Action needed” banner in partner dashboard

So do I, for both of our BFS apps. Although the performance metrics are back to normal and still meet the requirements.

Hi folks,

Thanks for sharing that criteria are still remaining unticked. Our team are investigating this, and there’s no action required from devs. Will post an update here when there’s more to share. Appreciate your patience while we resolve this.

Update: the returned app performance data should start populating across to your criteria metrics, so you should start seeing those benchmarks being ticked off now.

@Liam-Shopify Hi Liam,

We just received a new email and our Built for Shopify status has been removed. This appears to be a new issue following yesterday’s acknowledged error with the performance metrics.

Anyone else experiencing this? Our app was fully compliant before the false alert yesterday.

@abueler - I believe our team are looking into this case now

Thanks @Liam-Shopify for looking into this.

I’ve started a new thread with more details since this one was marked as solved: Built for Shopify Status Removed Without Warning - New Category-Specific Criteria Applied Early? - #3 by abueler

@Liam-Shopify @Irene-Shopify all good now, no more warning in partner dashboard. Thank you! :green_heart:
