Can checkout in the partner store since noon EST today (9/17)

I’m not sure if it’s related to any new releases or changes, but I can’t checkout in the partner store any more since noon today. The message is: There was an issue creating your order. Try again, or contact us for more details. I noticed now there is a saved credit card Bogus…1 with an trashcan icon. I think that’s a new feature.

I can’t even edit the checkout page in CMS. It just gives me a blank page. It worked well all through this morning. Can someone in Shopify take a look?
