Can I reverse a store transfer after client accepted?

Hi everyone,
I mistakenly transferred a development store to my client, and they already accepted the transfer. Now the store is stuck on the plan selection screen, and my collaborator access also only shows the pricing page.

Is there any way (with the client’s help or via Partner Support) to reverse the transfer so I can manage it again under my Partner account, or at least fix the billing so the client gets local pricing instead of global rates?

Unfortunately once a dev store has been transferred to a merchant it cannot be transferred back. Would creating a new dev store for this client be an option?
