Can I use a metafield for a nested cart line? If so, please share the steps.

also can i create a warrnaty as a product or should use the warranty title,price as a metafield ?

Nested cart lines only supports products, so you will have to make the warranty a product.

Are you looking for example apps that offer nested cart line functionality?
I don’t know any off the top of my head, but I’m sure there are plenty available in the app store.
