When I click the “Make fully visible” button on my app’s listing page, it throws an error:
This is preventing me from listing the app correctly, and shopify support has not been helpful about this, insisting I need to empty my cookies or clear my cache. It’s a server error, other people have faced it: Can not make our app fully visible - Shopify Community
and there seems to be no solution.

What kind of app is this for? I believe there are some limitations with some apps (eg: if they use the Payments API/ extensions there are restrictions on making an app fully visible.

It is a chat box widget for our customer service system. I don’t think we use anything out of the ordinary, and we aren’t getting a specific error message regarding the use of certain features. Here’s the app page: Sidekick AI - Sidekick AI Chat Intelligence | Shopify App Store
