Hi everyone,
I’m currently developing a Shopify app and am attempting to submit it for review. However, I’ve encountered a persistent issue during the “Preliminary steps” before publishing the app.
Specifically, I am stuck at the “Automated checks for common errors” step. The page only displays a loading icon and the “Run checks” button is greyed out and unclickable. This issue has been ongoing for over 4 days, regardless of browser refreshes or attempts to re-login. As a result, I’m unable to proceed to the next steps in the app submission process.
Has anyone else experienced this problem before, or does anyone know how to resolve it?
I’ve tried clearing cache and cookies, switching browsers, and even accessing the page from different networks, but nothing seems to help.
Any suggestions or guidance would be greatly appreciated, as I’m currently blocked from submitting my app.
