Can't select distribution — app lives in a different org than my Partner Dashboard

Hi,

I can’t find the “Choose distribution” button to submit my app to the
App Store, and I think it’s because my account has mismatched
organizations.

What I see:

  • My Partner Dashboard is org 5077185
  • Its “Dev dashboard” links point to org 228388045 → I get 403
    Forbidden when I open them
  • My app actually lives in Dev Dashboard org 161879051, which I can
    access normally

Because of this, “App distribution → All apps” in my Partner Dashboard
is completely empty — it only shows the “Visit your Dev Dashboard”
card, so I never get the app list or the “Choose distribution” button
described in the docs.

I only have one app (no separate development/production apps), and it
is live with a real merchant install.

The app already meets the technical requirements: OAuth, the three
mandatory privacy webhooks (customers/data_request, customers/redact,
shop/redact) with HMAC verification, an embedded admin page using App
Bridge, and public privacy policy + terms of service pages.

How can I get these organizations aligned so I can select Public
distribution?

I would say that the best next step here is to contact Partner Support and request an app ownership transfer, while also asking them to resolve access to the Dev Dashboard organization linked to your Partner account:
