App locked to custom distribution - need Shopify staff to enable public distribution

Issue: Cannot change from custom to public distribution

My app is production-ready with 18 deployed versions. The code has
AppDistribution.AppStore configured, but Partner Dashboard shows no
option to change from custom to public distribution.

I need Shopify staff to manually enable public distribution so I can
submit to the App Store. The app is fully functional with approved
network access for checkout extensions.

Please help - I cannot find any support contact option in Partner Dashboard.

This isn’t possible. You need to create a new app and select public distrubtion.
