We run Postcode Shipping and have a Built for Shopify candidate. Unfortunately, the dashboard shows a speed requirement for the shipping rates that isn’t fully defined and we have no way to benchmark our actuals.
Is there anywhere I can find the value of this metric? If not, could we please get a reading in the dashboard?

Connecting with the product team who owns this area, just to confirm, you’re looking to see what your apps current value is for responding to shipping rate requests? And this would allow to determine how far from the target you might be, or to measure impact of changes you’ve made?
Yes — that’s correct
We have a rewuirement to respond to 95%+ of shipping rates in 500ms or less.
We just migrated our servers next door to Shopify’s proxy server and found a large improvement, but we have no idea what number Shopify is seeing and my only means of checking if we pass is by looking at the checkmark every morning.
