We’re trying to apply for the BFS, but we have been placed into a category that doesn’t fit what our app does. When opening the list of possible categories, none really applies.
I need to talk with someone to understand how to move forward so we can complete the application.

You don’t need to select a category to submit your BFS application.
Please also avoid tagging Shopify staff that haven’t already engaged in a thread.

So you’re saying the “apply now” button should enable even if you don’t complete all checks on the category criteria?
Regarding your other comment, I tagged Kyle because we were talking about this before on a support ticket, but it got closed, and when I tried to reply, I couldn’t reach him anymore. He mentioned I could contact him here if I needed more help. I can’t send DMs, so this is the only way I can think of to reach him.
