Checkout extensions and functions

Can some please remind me, can normal merchant plans get checkout extensions / functions and if so what can we use and what can’t we?

I recall there was a table in the Shopify Dev docs that showed which type of checkout extension was available per Shopify Plan, but I’m having a hard time finding it now.

But the product roadmap gives a similar view: Apps in checkout

  • All plans - Customer Extensions (order status page, thank you page, etc)
  • Shopify Plus - Checkout Extensions (payment, shipping, info pages during checkout)
  • All plans - functions, admin blocks, POS extensions
