We submitted an app that help merchant send winback remainders using Klaviyo email campaign. If customer opt-in, they are sent out emails. But Shopify App review classified as connector apps asking for more 3rd party agreement. All we do is store in dynamodb and call Klaviyo API. Can you help understand how to navigate it ? Not sure which part made them think it as connector apps - is it Klaviyo integration ? We have withdrawn app submission for now. Appreciate any guidance on this.
