Need someone to do a small Code changes shopify publisher theme “Product”/“Products” to “Property”/“Properties” in Shopify’s own, Publisher Theme

Hello! It’s nice to meet you. It’s a small task, but I have little knowledge of coding, so it’s a challenge.

It is a Homestay, so “products” look inappropriate. It’s not a “Product”/ Products when a Hotel Booking is made, and so a Homestay Booking needs to reflect this too.
We would like to code a change to “Property”/ “Properties” and not have the $0.00 showing next to the listing, as we have two different prices.
Say a property student pays $400 per week, but the Host is paid $385 per week, by the agency doing the Host Bookings. Allowing the profit margin. But you know how people get when they see a website cost! I’m not sure how else to separate these different prices.
