hi i’ve just created a new partner org and a developer store with custom app development enabled. but when i go to the partner dashboard Apps section, the create app button is disabled, but when I go to the themes section. the Submit theme button is enabled. What do I need to do to get the Create app button to be enabed. Even when I use the CLI to create an app it says no organisation.. I’m on the latest version of the CLI have done the auth logout multiple times
