It is an old question, but there is still no API for creating stores, even with Enterprise license?
Are there any plans to add this in future?

It’s currently not possible to use the API to create stores - what would be your specific usecase for creating stores, as opposed to using the marketCreate API to create new markets you can manage from within one admin?
