Hello everyone
I’m automating some tasks and creating metafield definitions by API - however I can’t seem to figure how to assign these definitions a taxonomy category, so they’ll only show on products with a matching taxonomy.
Is this not possible?
Would using constraints work for this? See: Conditional metafield definitions

I think you’re right. I even looked up the constraints property but did not understand it as being taxonomy at first glance. I really dont like that naming - but it might make sense in other ways.

Good feedback on the naming - it’s not obvious that it could be connected with taxonomy, but hopefully this should work for you
