We continue to see this on the dashboard even though we have fixed the problem.
I think this is causing an issue with merchants not being to install the app. We are able to successfully install and test in the dev stores. We have rolled out the change to prod a couple of months back but continue to see this in the dashboard. How do we fix this on prod?
Just confirming what @Kyle_W said here, heās correct! The error warning messages will show up for 30 days even if the issue has been fixed. If the issue remains resolved after that time though, theyāll disappear.

@Alan_G - weāve unfortunately run into this as well, which is showing up as in merchant dashboards as: āUnsupported appā, with a suggestion to find alternative appsā¦
Hey @bkspace - for the āunsupported appā messages in merchant admins, the warning banner should disappear automatically after 7 days of no new deprecated calls. If youāre still seeing it pop up after that time (or if you definitely need it gone more quickly), just ping me here and I can take a look!
Gotcha, thanks for clarifying! Yea, ideally it would be gone today as weāve had a number of big brands reach out - the app is on 2025-10, the erroneous single request was done by a developer from his local machine.
